The Holistix ethos centres on my core belief that physical excellence is best achieved in tandem with other key areas, like lifestyle, health, nutrition and the bio-mechanical strengths and limitations unique to each body.

My integrated and detailed training method is tailored to suit your individual needs and structured to deliver impressive and sustainable results.

Holistix reflects my high standards as a BSc Sport Science degree educated, REPs certified fitness professional and aligns with my background as an Olympic Weightlifter aspiring to compete in The Commonwealth Games, having also represented national Kickboxing and amateur MMA.
